We are a Canadian company. When shipping to non-Canadian destinations our prices do not include any taxes (if applicable) levied by the purchaser’s federal, state or local governments. The purchaser is responsible for paying any taxes, border brokerage, or preparation charges required by the purchaser’s country.
Items are shipped when payment has cleared.
DEFECT WARRANTY
New items carry a one year warranty against defect unless otherwise stated.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it for full credit within 1 month provided the product is in new, unused condition and in its orginal packaging. Cash refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
RETURNING AN ITEM
In the case that your item requires warranty or return, please contact us via email or telephone (403-613-7495). You will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number, and given instructions on how to return the item(s). We will not be able to accept returns without this RA Number.
Once we determine the condition of the faulty product, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. As well, please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
